About Fairway Elevator

Built on experience. Driven by doing the right thing.

Fairway Elevator was founded by four industry professionals with more than 75 years of combined experience in the elevator industry.

After years working for other companies, one thing became clear. Building owners and facility teams deserved a better experience. More transparency, more accountability, and a true partner in maintaining their equipment.

So we built Fairway around a simple purpose.

  • For our customers.
  • For our families.
  • For each other.

That mindset guides every decision we make, from how we communicate to how we show up on-site.

Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat clients because we are committed to doing the right thing, consistently.
